The Bombing of Pearl Harbor was a tragedy. We were
defenseless and venerable. Pearl Harbor was when the Japanese launched a
surprise attack on the US in Hawaii killing a lot of people and that attack
dragged the US into World War II. A total of 2,403 people died that day. It
happened on December 7 1941.

that floats over a ship that was sunk in shallow waters.
