            Montrose High School prom is taking place March 25^th. To accommodate for the larger high school, prom will be occurring in the new gym. The gym will be decorated with flowers, arches, and water. The junior class will begin building and setting up prom on Sunday, March 19^th. The class asks that after Sunday you do not enter the gym. Setting up prom takes lots of time and organization. The class would greatly appreciate it if you did not enter the gym as you could possibly break and move something.

            The prom banquet, to start off prom, will begin at 6 o’clock on Saturday. The location of the banquet has also been changed this year. It is at the American Legion, located on Main Street, this year. The banquet is only for the juniors and seniors. After the banquet the students will return to the school. The gym will be locked up 7:25 pm. No students or parents will be allowed into the gym before this time. This is done to allow the gym to still look nice before grand march. There will no exceptions to allowing parents or students into the gym. You can arrive at the school before 7:25 pm to line up and be one of the first into the gym if you would like. Grand March begins at 7:30 pm on March 25^th.Have a safe and fun prom.
